Abstract/Summary:
Ballistic resistance training is a kind of using elastic shock motion characteristics of centrifugal and centripetal contraction of muscle strength training methods,it focuses on the whole process must be in the fast movements,acceleration,and when to overcome resistance to not appear deceleration phase,the final release will overcome the resistance of the load,main purpose is to develop the explosive force of the athletes.At present,the use of elastic shock resistance training improve upper limb explosive force,no specific provisions to training load.On the basis of predecessors’ research,this article selects 30%,45%,60%,the biggest lie the driving force,to play shock resistance training subjects upper limbs,the optimum load of three different training load,training for the trainers to provide better after method,but also provide certain theoretical basis for the researchers.This thesis mainly USES the experimental method to Beijing sports university men’s basketball graduate students as the subjects.Can exercise at ordinary times the situation in view of the subjects,as well as for ten weeks of training and selecting 18 subjects,divided into three groups,respectively in Smith frame under different load by 30%,45%,60%,the biggest lie push force vibration bench press type resistance training,through the ten weeks of spring vibration bench press type resistance training,it is concluded that the best training load.Results: first,through five kind of posture throw solid sphere method,compared with far degrees,the maximum lie push strength relative to 30%,45% 60% biggest lie push strength of two kinds of training load increases more obviously,and has significant difference.Second,by comparison with tendo tester tests,average power,average speed,maximum power,maximum speed maximum lie push strength relative to 30%,45% 60% biggest lie push strength of two kinds of training load increases more obvious,and have significant difference.Through the comparison and analysis of the test results before and after the experiment the following conclusion:(1)based on three groups of participants were sitting push solid sphere of improve their performance by comparing before and after the experiment,45% can be concluded that the biggest lie push strength elastic shock type resistance push subjects were 30% 30% relative to the biggest lie pushing force,the biggest lie push strength elastic shock type resistance push the participants improve their performance is more obvious,so the three kinds of load,the maximum lie the pushing force of 45% elastic shock bench press type resistance training is more effective to improve the upper limb explosive force.(2)by comparing the three groups of subjects tendo test before and after the experiment,the average speed,average power and the maximum power and the value of maximum speed,maximum 45% power play shock and push type resistance horizontal push subjects 30% relative to the biggest lie push strength,60% maximum push strength elastic shock type resistance push the participants improve their performance is more obvious,so the three kinds of load,the maximum lie the pushing force of 45% elastic shock bench press type resistance training is more effective to improve the upper limb explosive force.(3)by comparing the three groups of subjects were the biggest lie the pushing force,transverse comparison before and after the experiment the three groups have no difference,the longitudinal comparison have differences.
