Objective: by the influence of the square dance exercise of 45-69 years in elderly patients with arteriosclerosis index and body fat content,square dance study effect of exercise,fitness exercise in the elderly provide scientific theory basis,in order to correctly guide the aged scientific square dance exercise to ensure their physical and mental health,aging resistance.The aim is to provide theoretical and technical support for the middle aged and old people.Methods: Jinan village elderly women 45-69 years old in 77,49 in the experimental group,the control group of 28 people.The experimental group to 50%-60%VO2max square dance exercise as a means of exercise,exercise 4 times a week,each time the duration of 60 min,exercise intensity control in the maximum heart rate of66%-74%HRmax square dance exercise.The control group did not participate in any regular physical exercise.Results:1 、After 12 weeks of square dance exercise,it was found that the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of 45-69 years old were significantly changed after exercise.12 weeks square dance exercise can effectively reduce the old people’s systolic and diastolic blood pressure,improve cardiovascular function of the elderly,improve the physical condition of the elderly,improve health.2、Through 12 weeks square dance exercise,the experimental group BaPWV was significantly decreased,compared with before intervention,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The ankle brachial index(ABI)in the experimental group was significantly decreased compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Therefore,middle aged and old women should adhere to the square dance exercise for a long time,effectively reduce the vascular stiffness,improve blood vessel elasticity and reduce the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.3 、After 12 weeks of exercise,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the experimental group were significantly decreased,and high density lipoprotein was significantly increased.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01)in the experimental group(< 12).Compared with the control group,there was a very significant difference(P < 0.05).Low density lipoprotein compared with the control group,there was a very significant difference(P < 0.05).High density lipoprotein was higher than the control group,no significant difference.Experimental results show that in middle and old aged women through the square dance fitness exercise,exercise in middle and aged women blood lipid levels has been effectively improved,to promote the middle-aged and old women cardiovascular level promotion,has a important significance.4、After 12 weeks of exercise,the percentage of body fat in the experimental group was significantly decreased,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,the percentage of body fat(30.79 + 4.51)and the control group were significantly different(P < 0.05)compared with the control group at 12 weeks(32.56 + 3.20).This shows that square fitness dance exercise can reduce subcutaneous fat,lower body fat content,reduce weight,improve body shape.5、After 12 weeks of square dance exercise,body fat percentage and right brachial systolic pressure and left brachial systolic pressure,right lower limb systolic pressure and left lower limb systolic pressure are positively related to the correlation coefficient respectively r = 0.38,P < 0.01),r = 0.32(P < 0.05),r = 0.35(P < 0.05),r =0.35(P < 0.05).Body fat percentage and right upper arm diastolic blood pressure,left arm diastolic blood pressure,right lower limb diastolic blood pressure,left lower diastolic blood pressure no correlation.There was a positive correlation between the right Ba PWV and body fat percentage,the correlation coefficient was r=0.33(P<0.05),and there was no correlation between the left Ba PWV and the percentage of body fat.Right lower limb ABI was positively correlated with body fat percentage,correlation coefficient was r=0.28(P<0.05),and left lower limb ABI was not correlated with body fat percentage.There was no correlation between total cholesterol(CHo)and body fat percentage.But triglyceride(TG)and the percentage of body fat was positively related to the correlation coefficient for R = 0.36,P < 0.01),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and body fat percentage is negatively correlated,the correlation coefficient is r=-0.29(P < 0.05)low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and the percentage of body fat was positively correlated,phase correlation coefficient r = 0.28(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 12 weeks square dance exercise can reduce the quiet heart rate of the elderly,while reducing and controlling blood pressure.Square dance can reduce blood lipids and improve high density lipoprotein concentrations in the elderly to prevent cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease.Square dance makes the body mass index and body fat rate decreased significantly,so long-term adherence can eliminate excess body fat,build a good body,and ultimately promote the healthy development of the body.Insist for a long time in the square dance exercise,can reduce the degree of sclerosis of blood vessels,enhance the elasticity of blood vessel wall,improve cardiac output volume and cardiac reserve function,increase the function of cardiovascular system.Although relevant studies have confirmed that exercise is beneficial to the cardiovascular system,a certain amount of exercise can reduce the blood vessel stiffness,improve vascular elasticity.
