Objective: The instance is in the elderly after six months of Baduanjin Exercise after the physical changes, blood components and hardening of the arteries and the contrast analysis, explore Baduanjin on human health effects and mechanisms, easy to future fitness Qigong times and to every corner, could also increase Ba Duan Jin promotion efficiency, in theory and Practice two aspects of Baduanjin Exercise effect. Methods:To, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province 21 ordinary woman in elderly people subjects. Were measured 6 months of fitness Qigong- Baduanjin Exercise before and after a period of 6 months of fitness Qigong exercise quiet state of blood, lipids, body composition, and hardening of the arteries index. Results:(1)Effect on body composition: practitioners of bone mass and lean body mass compared with pre exercise increased slightly(P > 0.05), 5.03% increase in bone mass, lean body mass increased 4.69%; the fat content and the body fat percentage compared before exercise decreased slightly(P > 0.05), 8.92% decline in fat content, percentage of body fat drop%.(2)Influence of routine blood test: after 6 months of fitness Qigong- Baduanjin Exercise, practitioners of the number of white blood cells, the number of red cells, platelet, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume and mean red cell hemoglobin content compared with pre exercise increased slightly, but no significant difference(P > 0.05); hemoglobin content and the average red cell hemoglobin content was significantly higher than that before exercise(P < 0.05,0.01). Among them, the content of hemoglobin increase 14.17%, mean corpuscular hemoglobin content increased 18.72%.(3)Influence on blood lipid: after 6 months of fitness Qigong- Baduanjin Exercise, practitioners total cholesterol concentration and exercise before compared decreased significantly(P < 0.05), triglycerides and low density lipoprotein concentration and exercise decreased slightly(P > 0.05) compared to that total cholesterol decreased 13.29% decrease triglyceride 4.88%, low density lipoprotein cholesterol concentration decreased 7.58%; high density lipoprotein concentration and exercise compared to slightly elevated(P > 0.05) before and after exercise compared increased 6.29 percent.(4)Influence the hardening of the arteries: 6 months- Fitness Qigong Ba Duan Jin exercise, practitioners pre ejection period compared with pre exercise compared to slightly shorter(P > 0.05); ejection time and blood ejection index compared with pre exercise increased slightly(P > 0.05), shooting time and blood ejection index respectively increase of 3.36% and 7.50%.(5)The effect of the hardening of the arteries, practitioners of the heart to the right arm pulse wave velocity RhbPWV right brachial ankle pulse wave velocity RbaPWV left brachial ankle pulse wave velocity lbapwv, heart to right ankle pulse wave velocity RhbaPWV and heart to the left ankle pulse wave velocity LhbaPWV respectively before and after exercise compared to decrease 6.56%, 5.20% and 6.62%, 6.3% and 6.37%, but no significant difference(P > 0.05).(6)The effect of the hardening of the arteries: Practitioners right ankle brachial index, left ankle brachial index compared with pre exercise increased slightly(P > 0.05), the right ankle brachial index increased 1.72%, left ankle brachial index increased 2.04%; right rising segment starting point to peak time(RAUT) shortened(P > 0.05), but left ascending segment the starting point to the peak time(LAUT) was significantly less than that in the exercise before(P < 0.05). RAUT relationship 4.95%. LAUT relationship 9.43%. Conclusion:(1)6 months Fitness Qigong eight Jin of the exercise can improve the composition of the elderly in the elderly body, increase the bone mineral content and lean body weight, reduce body fat content;(2)6 month Fitness Qigong exercise can significantly increase the content of hemoglobin, which has a good effect on improving the aerobic capacity of the body;(3)6 months of fitness Qigong exercise can lower cholesterol levels, and promote fat metabolism eight;(4)6 months of fitness Qigong- Baduanjin Exercise can be in a certain extent reduce artery vascular conduction velocity, higher ankle brachial index for prevent and reduce arteriosclerosis with good effect.
