In the 21st century today,the school education’s slogan is "the development of the students as the starting point of teaching and the home".But,in the face of the entrance pressure of reality,almost all primary and secondary schools to the magic circle of exam-oriented education.The training of the students on the workbook,and with the standard answer to measure their own good or not.have lost their own creativity,it directly led to the death of their own creativity.Student’s body and mind is not very good development,the development of the schools have also been affected.As a teacher in charge,implementing emotional education to the student,the activity is in the daily management of the class have to do.As a classroom teacher,must accomplish the classroom teaching of "knowledge" and"love" are equally important.Through practice,the study found in the process of education for weakness,lack of emotional education in the period of,use a variety of means and measures to find the method to implement emotional education,in order to better implement emotional education.Emotional education for high school class management research,not only can change the change the original idea,attitude and methods,but also can make the harmonious relations between teachers and students,the teaching effect is very good.At the same time,the teacher in charge to further improve the level of class management;By the penetration of emotional education,also can help the students’ intelligence development,to improve the students’ personality,further to the all-round development of students has played a pivotal role.Also promote the healthy development of the society as a whole.Therefore.in order to the development of the students,the development of the society,the future of the country,schools should not only focus on students’ knowledge,but also must carry out the emotional education,vigorously develop the students’ science and the humanities accomplishment,and focus on the cultivation of students’ emotion and personality development.Emotion is people psychology embodies a kind of phenomenon,decided the development direction of emotional education.Our school is the ultimate goal of school education is to make the student cognition,emotion,meaning not only to get a comprehensive education and development,but also to shape the students’ perfect personality.Therefore,schools must will implement emotional education into the education system.Since 2002,the author applied into jiangsu danyang(four-star high school of jiangsu province)for senior middle school chemistry teacher,has been committed to three years in a cycle of high school chemistry teaching.In recent years,the author has successfully become a teacher in charge,in the daily class management work have invested a lot of emotion and energy,to schools,to serve the students.I slowly learned a lot of new ideas:traditional education there are many unfavorable to students’ all-round development.Such as "abuse education" will hurt students’ self-esteem;Teachers’ authority;The classroom teaching,cramming education" and so on.In traditional education,speech communication and emotional communication between teachers and students are neglected,the relationship between teachers and students to rigid until destruction.This will inevitably affect the result of the teaching work.The author of the existing theory of emotional education at home and abroad literatures,analyzes the connotation of the emotional education in our country school,points out the necessity of emotional education in schools.Noted that the implementation of emotion education in high school class management present situation and existing problems,and find out the problem causes,combined with the problems that exist in the reality,discussed the how to apply positive emotions,emotional education in teaching,to guide and students,and education of students;At the same time make the emotional education play a biggest role in class management,in order to achieve the desired purpose.
