3-6 years old is the foundation for healthy growth stage,and a rapid period of physical growth and skills development.It's also an important stage of the formation of security and optimism.''The guide of 3-6 age children's learning and development" proposesthe learning and development goals in the area of children's health,and reflectsthe legitimate expectations for the physical and mental development of children.And it promotes children's all-aspect harmonious development for kindergarten and family,which points out that specific and clear direction.The health education in kindergartenis to form the healthy behavior among children as the starting point and destination,the concepts and implementation strategies of health education require organic permeationin the children's daily life in the kindergarten,childrencan learn good healthyperception.healthy attitudes and behaviorsthrough a flexible and effective way.This study adopted by literature research,questionnaire,interview and observation method and the case study method,and surveyed the "w kindergarten" to understand the one dayhealth education in the kindergarten at present,found some of the problems and the causes,and then suggested some proposals to improve the status,meanwhile,it also provided a theoretical basis and practical reference for children' shealth education.The paper firstly described the research background,research meaning and the literature review ofthe kindergarten health education both at home and abroad.It defined the concepts of childhood education","children health education" and "one day activities in the kindergarten",and also sorted out the theoretical foundation of health education,such asChen Heqin's.Montessori,and the modern courses.And then it determinedthe research content andadoptedthe some researchmethods.Secondly,it focused on the survey of the kindergarten health education activities,and mainlyobservedthedeterminationof kindergarten health education target and the selection of the content;it also analyzed the ways of organization implementation and evaluation situation.Thirdly.as to thecurrent one dayhealth education activities,this paperanalyzed the implementation situation of health education in one day activities in "WKindergarten",and found the following problems:deviate from the concept of health education,simplify the methods of health education,and not consummate the health education evaluation system.Fourthly,it proposed some strategies to improve the health educationin one dayactivities in kindergarten,for instance,through the improvement of professionalism of teachers,optimization of health education structure,emphasis on the guide of health educationin one day activities,utilization of community resources,enriching the resources of children's health education,expanding the evaluative content of children's health education.And then it stated the research results and direction of our efforts.
