In the 1980 s, the non-governmental institutions of higher learning have been rising in China with the diversity of the education level and the degree of vast of recruit students’ object. There is no doubt that our country’s higher education has made outstanding contributions to the development. Over time, private colleges and universities in the increasingly fierce competition has developed from a number of admissions to quality the education. Faculty is facing serious challenges. Huge demand for teachers does not provide equal treatment with public colleges and universities run by the local colleges and universities needs to be updated management mode. Public colleges and universities has been implemented to teachers for transaction management mode of personnel management, however, lack of teachers in colleges and universities of human resources management theory research and practical experience, unable to provide corresponding guidance.This article focuses on the construction status of teachers in some private colleges and universities, for example, in its faculty recruitment, reserves, development and team building aspects of the problems on the basis of analysis of the analysis proposed Private College Teachers should implement human resources management, in a people-oriented, focusing on the principles of motivation, team building as a breakthrough, for the long-term development of individual teachers and teams of good planning and training work.
