Base On Human Resouse Management,on The Study Of An University Teachers Team Construction

In the 1980 s, the non-governmental institutions of higher learning have been rising in China with the diversity of the education level and the degree of vast of recruit students’ object. There is no doubt that our country’s higher education has made outstanding contributions to the development. Over time, private colleges and universities in the increasingly fierce competition has developed from a number of admissions to quality the education. Faculty is facing serious challenges. Huge demand for teachers does not provide equal treatment with public colleges and universities run by the local colleges and universities needs to be updated management mode.
