In recent years,China's education system has been reformed and developed for many times,and the level of national economy has been greatly improved.Education tends to be more market-oriented and private-owned.Private schools have emerged all over the country,and their development speed has gradually increased.Private education has become an indispensable part of China's education system,and private high school is a very important part of private education.The senior high school stage is no longer compulsory education,bearing the important task of college entrance examination.When entering the senior high school,students and parents pay more attention to the school's teachers and the enrollment rate over the years.Therefore,whether they have a teacher team with noble morality,scientific age composition and excellent teachers' level is an important factor to determine the survival and development of private schools.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,case study and interview,combining with Harbin city There are three real cases of the loss of teachers in G private high school.Starting from the design of salary system,the definition of post responsibilities,the planning of teachers' career,and the construction of corporate culture,this paper analyzes the multiple causes of the loss of teachers in private high school,classifies them respectively,and obtains the influencing factors of the stability of the enthusiasm of different types of teachers in teaching work,and combines with G high school itself Development characteristics,some suggestions and measures,hope G high school tries to reduce the loss of teachers,improve the human resource management system,and continue to grow;hope that private schools can attach importance to the human resource management of teachers' teams,protect the legitimate rights and interests of private teachers,improve the professional status of private school teachers,so that private school teachers focus more on teaching and research,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of students.It is hoped that privately-run high schools can pay attention to human resource management,protect the legitimate rights and interests of privately-run teachers,improve the professional status of teachers in privately-run schools.
