According to WHO statistics,China is the world's largest tobacco producing and consuming countries,there are currently 350 million smokers consume one-third of world cigarette production.Many of them are teenagers and the rate is obviously higher than other countries.Statistics show that the smoking rate of the current national junior high school students is now 6.9 and their attempt smoking rate is 19.9%.Smoking is an addictive harmful behavior,it is primary risk factors for about 25 kinds of major chronic diseases.It is not only harmful to smokers themselves,but also affected the people around them.The passive smokers are even more harmed than the smokers.Adolescents are at puberty and they are mentally immature,so smoking will do great harm to them.How to prevent the primary and middle school students' smoking behavior is a hot topic of common concern in the community.In a survey of smoking problem to the Zhong Shan Sha Xi Middle School students,it's founded that 174 out of 2035 students smoked and the smoking rate is8.55%.specifically,there are 57 smoker-students in Grade one(8.39%),64 in grade two(9.40%)and 53 in grade three(9.09%).Furthermore,there are 253 students who admitted that they had attempted smoking once but no more smoked.The survey indicated that the students smoking problem in the school is really very serious.The base part of the research is to investigate the student' smoking behavior in the school and its popular reasons so that we can take the right actions to collect students' wrong behavior and prevent smoking behavior according to the situation.This research focuses on the corrective and preventive strategies of middle school students' smoking behavior.The study used the pretest-posttest design of experiments to explore the effects of the various corrective and preventive strategies to the middle school students' smoking behavior by comparing their data to find out more specific and effective interventions.First in the pretest part,the survey investigated the school students and their parents about the students' smoking behavior and related problems by a self-designed questionnaire.Then came after an intervention to the school students with smoking preventive education made up of four strategies which referring to other strategies:The smoking preventive education mode,The social influence intervention mode,he integrated intervention mode and The mode of strengthening the routine management of moral education in schools,and implementing the supervision and guidance of the head teachers.Four classes were selected out to accept one of the four strategies randomly.Finally it was completed by the posttest of the corrective and preventive strategies' effects.The results show that:1.The smoking preventive education mode can change students' attitude toward smoking behavior effectively,but purely Smoking preventive course can not.2.The social influence intervention mode can correct students' smoking behavior not only by persuading parents thinking their children's smoking seriously and taking part in home-school cooperation but also by focusing on the smoking students and increasing positive influence of their peer relationships.3.The integrated intervention mode of(1)and(2)can reduce and correct students'smoking behavior effectively by letting more students refuse to smoking behavior to lessen negative influence of peer relationship and by encouraging parents to adopt a hard-line stance against students' smoking behavior so as to support school's smoking preventive education.4.The mode of strengthening the routine management of moral education in schools,and implementing the supervision and guidance of the head teachers can also effectively control students' smoking behavior and decrease students' smoking rate and trying-smoking rate by the means of giving correct guidance and taking severe measures against smoking in practice.Teenage smoking is a so complicated social behavior that the school anti-smoking education is long-term work which need us practice,research and summary constantly in the process of teaching and learning and need each teacher continuously progress to put a high premium on school smoking prevention and take an active part in it.
