The Research And Policy Suggestions Of Public Employment Service System For College Graduates In Hainan Province

The employment problem of college students,has been a problem which the party and government attach great importance to and actively to solve.There are many reasons for the difficult employment of college students,the imperfect in college graduates employment in the public service policy system is a reason that can not be ignored,research on this problem,not only to help the government to play a greater role in the public employment service for graduates of colleges and universities,but also has important practical significance in increasing the rate of employment of university students,maintain social stability,building a harmonious society.This paper focuses on how to solve the employment problem of college graduates,from the discussion on the public service system of college graduates.The article introduce the public service system of college graduates in Hainan Province objectively,sort out the existing problems seriously,the in-depth analysis in the problem that caused it,and on this basis,and puts forward a set of solutions to the problem.This paper realizes the unity of theory and practice,the unity of macroscopic and microscopic,and the unity of unified entirety and locality.
