Research On The Public Service System Of College Graduates Employment

The employment of College graduates is an emerging problem in China. From the experience in the developed countries, the public employment service system plays a important role in solving this problem. The market with the advanced public employment service system can provide more useful employment information and opportunities. In this research, firstly, I discuss the theoretic basic of both public employment service and college graduate employment problem. Then, I make the literature review from three aspects:college graduate employment, public employment service and public employment service for college graduate. Through the literature review,1 find that few relative studies have been done from the perspective of the public employment service of college graduate. In this research, firstly, I use the qualitative research way, such as investigation and questionnaire, to summarize the situation of college graduate employment in China. Through this investigation, I get the useful information to analysis the problem of graduate employment. Secondly, comparing the public employment service in China, I study the public employment service system of college graduate in other countries. Some experiences from other countries seem to be helpful to improve the system in our country. Thirdly, based on the related theory, the investigation and the foreign experience study, I design the employment service system of college graduate which includes the government, the college, the employer and the employment agency. To better understand the function of this system, I give the model to evaluate this system.
