As an important part of the construction of the rule of law society in China,the TV Legal column,with the continuous deepening and steady development of reform and opening up,undertakes the important responsibility of publicizing the law and popularizing the law to the common people and transmitting the concept of legal system.In recent years,with the continuous warming of related concepts of financial media and the rise of social media and short video platforms,TV Legal column complies with the trend of the times,and has launched financial media practice at many levels,showing some new features.However,it is in today's media environment that the traditional TV legal program has encountered a variety of practical difficulties and problems.In this context,it is particularly important to analyze the real dilemma of TV Legal column in the era of financial media,and then explore the optimization path of TV Legal column in the era of financial media.As a starting point,the research of this paper can be divided into the following three chapters:The first chapter is an overview of TV Legal column.This chapter is divided into two sections,the first section will be divided into four periods to sort out the development process of China's TV legal system column,the second section will try to elaborate the characteristics of TV legal system column in the era of financial media from four aspects of concept,technology,content and audience.The concept level includes the change of the production and broadcasting process and organizational structure of the legal column;the technology level includes the application of new production and broadcasting technology and communication forms in the legal column;the content level is reflected in the more comprehensive perspective of the legal column topics and content presentation;the audience level is reflected in the improvement of the experience and interaction convenience of the legal column audience.The second chapter analyzes the reality dilemma of TV Legal column in the era of media integration.The three sections of this chapter try to analyze the causes of these problems by elaborating the problems existing in the technology,content and communication effect of the legal column in the era of media integration.This chapter is divided into two parts.The first part discusses the disadvantages brought by new technology to TV Legal column,including the weakening of TV Legal column's guiding force due to the rise of new media,the excessive reduction of case details by new technology,and the separation of TV Legal column and its new media platform.The second part discusses the problems existing in the legal column under the environment of media integration,which are mainly divided into two levels: content and communication effect.The content level includes the excessive entertainment of the content of the legal column,the contradiction between the production and broadcasting mode of the legal column and the characteristics of new media communication,the reduction of the authenticity of the information source of the legal column,and the easy triggering of secondary public opinion.The communication effect level involves the audience of the column The relationship between age and interactive effect,the unfavorable maintenance of new media platform,the contradiction between the characteristics of legal columns and the viewing habits of young audiences,etc.The third chapter explores the optimization path of TV Legal column in the era of media integration.In response to the above,the optimization path is also divided into four levels: system,technology,content and effect.The system level involves innovation of creation concept,marketing strategy and internal management;the technology level includes material acquisition channel,secondary communication efficiency and rational use of big data;the content level involves division of labor between new media and parent column,innovation of column theme and integration with people's livelihood concept;the effect level includes accurate mass communication,innovation of online and offline interaction forms,and difference Form of audience survey,etc.
