Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Policemen Interaction In Lanzhou City Under The New Media Platform For Government Affairs

In recent years,as a new front of public security propaganda,the new media platform for government affairs has developed rapidly,which dynamically reflects the effectiveness of the work of the public security organs,and also provides a new way to solve the people’s anxieties.The realization of benign interaction between the police and the people has always been a good vision pursued by the Party and the government,and is also an effective way to strengthen the relationship between the police and the people.Based on this background,this paper studies the interaction between the police and the people under the new media platform of Lanzhou government affairs,with a view to providing some guidance for the public security organs to promote the application of new media in the interaction between the police and the people.On the basis of literature analysis and data acquisition,This paper first discusses the comprehensive reality of the interaction between the police and the people in Lanzhou,We Chat group interaction,Tiktok and other new media platform interactions.At the same time,through a questionnaire survey to study the harmony of the interaction between the police and the people,the study learned that more than 60% of the subjects had poor and average attitudes,which showed that there were many problems.In the level of in-depth study of the survey results,we can see that at present,there are problems such as weak driving force of the interaction between the police and the people,The content of the interaction between the police and the people is relatively backward,the interaction between the police and the people lacks perfect channels,and the interaction between the police and the people is too formal.The main reason for this problem is that it is difficult to accurately determine the role of the police and the people,the imperfect mechanism of the police and the people’s interaction platform,and the lack of restraint mechanism in the process of the police and the people’s interaction.In order to meet the above challenges,Lanzhou public security organs can learn from the operation experience of new media accounts such as anti-fraud old police officer Chen and Shanghai police and people through train to explore the interaction path of Lanzhou police and people.The research concludes that the next step is to start from the role orientation,build the interaction mode,Continuously innovate the content level and continuously improve the interactive carrier in the interactive link,build the interaction platform,and do a good job in the supervision of interaction to enhance the effectiveness of interaction.Only by pushing forward step by step can we give full play to the advantages of the new media platform,We will continue to improve the services and guiding work of the new media platform for public security and government affairs,and improve the good interaction mode of "citizen participation-government response".
