For a long time,the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been covered with a layer of mystery.In many people’s minds,diplomacy is a national issue and they dare not care about it.The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is an unattainable voice of the country.With the advent of social media situations,social media platforms have provided more channels for the public at home and abroad to participate in political communication.The diplomatic public opinion field in the new era needs not only more voices,but also wider public support.This thesis is supported by Merowitz’s media situation theory and constructs a research framework along the theoretical logic of "new situation-new behavior-new value" brought about by new media.From the perspective of Merowitz’s media situation theory,specific media will form specific communication scenarios,and new scenarios will promote audience groups,information reception order,and the merger of public and private situations,which in turn will lead to specific behaviors.New communication value.This article takes the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the research object,and reconstructs the spokesperson’s popular and equal discourse in the context of "returning to tribalization",blurring the boundaries between the foreground and the background,and making social identification judgments based on emotions and relationships.In-depth analysis of a series of media behaviors such as the construction of the personalization of the media image and the construction of the "emotional community".In the media construction of diplomatic news spokespersons,on the one hand,by constructing a new communication matrix of “two micros and one shake”,the background of the spokespersons of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is put forward,gradually pulling away the mystery of China’s diplomacy and shaping individuality.The new image of “Diplomatic Mission” used interpersonal trust to promote the public’s trust in the spokesperson system.On the other hand,through the expansion of popular and equal dialogue space,it strengthened the interaction with the public,built a common understanding and consensus with the public,and improved The public’s knowledge and understanding of my country’s diplomatic work.In addition,the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also makes good use of the mode of interpersonal communication.Through the construction of an "imaginary community",it stimulates the resonance of personal and collective emotions,thereby generating the construction of national identity,and promoting the main body of public diplomacy from "government-run" to "private-run",etc.New value.All in all,this research creatively incorporates the media context theory into the perspective of the media construction research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokespersons,which not only helps to break the public’s stereotypes of government spokespersons,but also can speak to my country’s foreign discourse system and government news.The construction of the human system has certain guiding and reference significance.
