Study On Rural Public Space Governance

With the deepening development of reform and opening up,the level of economic and social development in China is constantly improving,and the people's living standard has made great progress.As an important part of China's economic and social development,the countryside is playing an increasingly important role in the new era.The Rural Revitalization Strategy put forward by the Communist Party of China is an important issue in the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Rural public space is a space for villagers to provide daily life,leisure and entertainment.It plays an important role in providing public services,inheriting rural culture and promoting rural harmony.Through the investigation and research of Tiefu town in Pizhou City,the basic achievements of rural public space governance are summarized,including the construction of rural public space governance system,the improvement of the quality of rural public space,the creation of a multi-agent participation in the governance atmosphere,and the promotion of the social fashion of rural harmony and civilization.However,there are still many problems in the current rural public space governance:the content of rural public space governance is not comprehensive,the participation of the village committee in public space governance is inadequate,the participation of social organizations in public space governance is not sufficient,the participation of villagers in public space governance is not active,and the publicity of public space governance system is not in place.The main reasons for these problems are: the concept of rural public space governance lags behind,the lack of professional governance talents and technology,the lack of multi-agent collaborative governance mechanism,the lack of legal and regulatory system guarantees,the lack of public spirit of villagers,the lack of publicity caused by rural social differentiation and insufficient cultivation of rural civil society.In view of these problems and reasons,learn from the experience of public space governance at home and abroad,the countermeasures to improve the rural public space governance are as follows:multi-agent co governance,clarifying the responsibilities and functions of various governance subjects;strengthening system guarantee,building collaborative governance mechanism;changing governance concept,innovating governance methods and technologies;improving rural planning,creating humanized public space;shaping public spirit,strengthening the construction of rural community.There are 7 figures,3 tables and 62 references in this paper.
