Community Social Work To Promote Young Retiree Community Participation In The Application Of The Strategy Research

Since China officially entered the aging society in 1999,the aging degree of our country continues to increase,actively coping with the aging of the population is gradually taken seriously by the country,and a variety of ideas to help the elderly to continue to develop are put forward.The number of the elderly in the younger stage accounts for nearly half of the proportion of the elderly population in China.However,the average retirement age in China is relatively early at present.A large number of the elderly in the younger age return to the community with good health,rich experience and skills,high enthusiasm and good conditions for participation.Community is the important place to young retiree life,push forward the process of urbanization in our country at the same time,in the process of the urban community has become the focus of expanding areas of governance,through the play to young retiree,good conditions for participation in community service activities,help improve community problems,for young retired people and the community as a whole development has important significance.Professional social work theory and method,this paper put forward the strategies of the young retirees for community participation,the community young retired people as the principal part of the community to participate in community governance,involved to participate in the relevant management and the interests of the residents of community public affairs at the grass-roots level,to explore the apply of all ways to promote young retired people to participate in community service.Based on the collection of literature and the preliminary demand survey,this paper explores the problems in the community participation of the young retired people in M community served by L institution,and on the basis of the participation in community practice of the young retired people in M community served by L institution.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the community participation of young retirees,such as insufficient awareness and ability of participation,low level of participation content,loose form of participation,and weak atmosphere of community participation.This paper evaluates the community participation needs of the young retirees through the preliminary survey ofthe young retirees.Under the guidance of social work theories and methods,targeted interventions are made to promote the community participation of the young retirees,and the process and results of the activities are evaluated.Through the evaluation,it can be found that the community gradually has a strong atmosphere of participation,the establishment of the service team system has enhanced the organization of community participation,the content level of community participation of young retirees has been improved,the awareness and ability of community participation has been strengthened,and the practice of community voluntary service has also achieved certain results.Finally,based on the practical process of social workers promoting community participation of young retired people,this paper proposes Suggestions on further promoting community participation of young retired people from three aspects:themselves,community and social organizations,government and society,so as to better promote community participation of young retired people.
