Social Work Promotes Urban Community Residents To Participate In Community Governance Practice Research

Community governance is an important part of the construction of governance system in China.Community residents’ participation is paid more and more attention,and the research on community residents’ participation in community governance is more and more in-depth.As a practical case to promote community residents to participate in community governance,the project is of great significance.When it comes to community participation of community residents,we must think about the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community public life,the norms of participation and so on.As a result,this paper analyzes and studies the practical process of NS community "three social linkage" project,and analyzes how social work promotes community residents to participate in community governance,analyzes the effectiveness of community organization cultivation and community residents’ participation,and analyzes the construction of social capital in the project.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the process of social work project practice and community residents’ participation from the perspective of social capital,discusses and analyzes the trust of community residents’ participation,the norms of participation,and the social network of participation combined with project practice.From the perspective of social capital,this paper analyzes the process of residents participating in capital construction in the project,and finds that there are some shortcomings in the construction of social capital in the actual project: first,the early work of social workers is insufficient,the trust accumulation of residents’ participation is not enough;second,the project does not support the establishment of community residents’ participation norms;third,the construction of community organizations is insufficient,and the residents’ participation in social networks is not sound.And according to the lack of social capital construction put forward corresponding suggestions: first,do a good job of preparatory work,accumulate community participation trust capital;second,strengthen the thrust of the project operation,improve the norms of community residents participation;third,strengthen the construction of community organizations,promote community residents to participate in the development of the network.
