Study On Functions Of M Town Government In Rural Public Space Governance

Public space is jointly owned by all citizens,which should be shared by all.However,for a long time of lack of collective consciousness,weak concept of the rule of law,and the absence of maintenance and management,problems such as unclear base of rural public space,unclear ownership,arbitrary occupation and other widespread problems exist all over the country.The loss of a large number of public assets has also caused a serious impact on the credibility of grassroots organizations.The voice of “return public space to the public” becomes stronger.Public space governance is not only an objective need,but also an inevitable requirement of new rural construction.Rural public space governance is a strategic,pioneering specific practice to promote rural high quality development,it’s a major measure to implement the strategy for rural revitalization,it’s also a public project adapting to people’s needs of living a better life,which fully reflect the people-centered core governance ideology of the General Secretary Xi Jinping.Since 2018,M town has comprehensively carried out the rural public space governance project,focusing on the comprehensive improvement of the living environment.In accordance with the general requirements of industry prosperous,ecological livable,local custom civilized,governance effective,rich life,M Town firmly establish high quality development ideology,take the rural public space governance as the important fulcrum to implement the strategy for rural revitalization,the efficient way of promoting poverty alleviation and development,the important window of rural development quality.M Town combines rural public space governance to poverty alleviation,living environment improvement,pollution prevention,focusing on “Five Main Renovations” to promote public space governance.M Town has made some effects but there are still many problems,which are caused by system and mechanism of town,working concept of town personnel,the relationship between town and village,and the consciousness of villagers’ autonomy.To solve these problems,M Town has taken measures in the government agency construction,team construction,the villagers’ principal role,rational allocation of resources,overall planning and layout,etc.M Town has also taken various measures to fully integrate the whole resources,planned the public space,fully considered the villagers’ need and long-term development,to explore a suitable public space governance way.
