Research On The Occupation And Governance Of Public Space In Demolition And Resettlement Communities

With the advancement of the urban-rural integration construction process in my country,the pace of urbanization construction with the transformation of old urban areas and urban expansion as the main way is accelerating.Residential demolition and resettlement communities are becoming more and more common.The spatial characteristics of the demolition and resettlement communities are not only different from the original villages,but also different from the mature urban communities.They have the characteristics of complex population composition,strong heterogeneity and unreasonable spatial layout.The spatial conflicts in the demolition and resettlement communities,Disorders in space governance are also occurring more frequently.This study is based on the theory of planned behavior and takes the resettlement community C in Chengdu as an example.First,it organizes domestic and foreign literature on community public space,community space governance and public space encroachment behavior.The meaning of space encroachment behavior is defined,and then several prominent public space encroachment issues in the demolition and resettlement communities are introduced from the perspective of the development and changes of the C community.The three factors of system perception,community environment perception and spatial fairness perception extend the traditional theory of planned behavior.By constructing a model to analyze the questionnaire data,discuss and analyze the influencing factors of the public space encroachment behavior of residents in the resettlement community C.Combined with a large number of interviews in the early stage,a multi-agent action logic framework such as the government,the community,the property and the residents is constructed.This study believes that rights-driven space planning,ineffective supervision of space governance,and lack of community awareness are the root causes of the problem of public space governance in demolition and resettlement communities.Finally,starting from the research conclusions,it is proposed to establish a multi-dimensional governance system for the demolition and resettlement community,improve the space management system for the demolition and resettlement community,cultivate residents’ subject consciousness,promote the extensive participation of residents,improve the demolition and resettlement community environment,reshape the physical space of the community and strengthen the demolition and resettlement community.Residents’ security and other methods have reshaped the new situation of community governance in an all-round way.
