Investigation Research On The Management Of Psychological Correction Of Criminals In Chengdemian Area

From the 1870 s to the early 1980 s,the prison system has conducted research and discussion on the psychological correction of criminals.In the future,society will continue to improve.The prison management system and methods are continuously improved and updated,and more emphasis is placed on scientific and humane execution.Therefore,the psychological correction of criminals has gradually become an important task in the management of prisoners in China.At the same time,in the modern prison management system,this work has become one of the most important components of the reform and education of criminals.As a new era,the prison education reform work is expanded and deepened,and it is also independent of the transformation and management of criminals.One method,no other work is irreplaceable.In this paper,the prison in ChengDeMian area is taken as a case for investigation and research.Based on the existing theoretical results of psychological correction of criminals,the basic connotation and concept of psychological correction of criminals are defined,the data are obtained through investigation and comparative study between China and foreign countries,the current situation of psychological correction of prisoners in ChengDeMian area is mainly studied,and safety is comprehensively promoted in combination with the state The development trend of the construction of the rule of law in China and the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the judicial administrative system and mechanism,etc.by using the theory of public service and the theory of human nature care,and through the multi-dimensional investigation and research methods of on-the-spot investigation,interview survey and questionnaire survey,this paper comprehensively and profoundly points out the following problems in the current prison psychological correction work in ChengDeMian area: the psychological correction of criminals The professional level of correction staff is not high enough,criminals are relatively excluded,and the whole psychological correction work is not standardized.There are some defects in the work of psychological correction of prisoners in six prisons in ChengDeMian area mainly in three aspects: staff competence,work system and operation standard.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward: to improve the professional skills and professional quality of correctional personnel: to establish a strict and scientific selection system,to form a scientific training system for correctional personnel,to establish an incentive assessment mechanism for correctional personnel;to standardize and improve the work system of criminal psychological correction: to innovate and improve the construction of organizational structure of criminal psychological correction,to establish a system The suggestions to improve the operation of psychological correction are: to establish a humanized psychological correction room,to build a standardized model of psychological correction,to strengthen the evaluation of correction and the application of results.This paper provides a way of thinking for the psychological correction of criminals in local prisons in the new era,which is to carry out localization research on the psychological correction of criminals from both theoretical and practical aspects;to improve and standardize the work system;to improve the professional skills and professional qualities of the correctional personnel It is of theoretical and practical significance to promote the standardization and systematization of psychological correction of criminals.
