Community Psychological Correction Problems And Countermeasures Research In Shanghai

Recently our crime rate increasing, more and more serious offenders psychological problems, has affected social stability and harmony, psychological correction is very important for education reform criminals. Community Corrections is very important for the education of offenders, and the community as an important means of transformation of psychological treatment community inmates of Community Corrections has become an important part of the work. With the introduction of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Justice jointly developed the "Community Corrections Implementation Measures", the psychological treatment work is gradually embarked on the road of the rule of law. But it is undeniable that the theory and research of psychological treatment of community there are still many problems that psychological treatment that reflect international trends and penal reform execution system advantage humanitarian values has not been fully revealed. I mainly from psychological treatment of Community Corrections existing problems in practice analysis, psychological treatment strategies in line with our local community culture, making it a better service practice in our criminal justice reform.In order to complete the thesis writing, I applied the literature research, field surveys and other research methods to rectify the problem of community mental research and analysis, in the process of writing the thesis is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction, mainly on the background, significance, status within the study abroad, research content and methods of a brief analysis; the second part is the theoretical part, the psychological correction related content overview, and positive psychology and sociology introduced; the third part is the current status of abnormal psychology community correction crime object analyze the causes of common mental disorders and the resulting explore, provide the theoretical basis for the following writing; fourth part is the status of Shanghai community correction psychological investigation to identify the main problems which exist; fifth part is mainly aimed at the Shanghai Community Mental Correction problems develop appropriate strategies to improve and hope through research of this paper, can Government’s emphasis on strengthening the social and psychological correction crime, improve our community mental correction system, and thus better mental health concerns criminals, reduce our crime rate, and promote harmonious and stable development of our society.
