Research On The Optimization Of Psychological Correction Of Prisoners In Prison

Prison is the executive organ of national penalty.China’s current prison work policy is "combining punishment with reform,with the purpose of reforming people".It is the largest free punishment to keep prisoners in fixed places,and to ensure that "they can be locked up and can’t run" reflects the basic attribute of punishment;reforming and creating people and reducing the rate of recidivism are the value pursuit and social attribute of prisons.The punishment function of prison has been basically realized.There is a big gap between the "improvement rate" of prisoners as the goal of prison education function and the social evaluation.The recidivism of released prisoners is often criticized by people.The great reason is that there are many problems in the psychological correction of prisoners in China,and the effect of correction is not ideal,which has a great correlation.On June 28,2018,the national prison work conference put forward the clear task of comprehensively promoting the new pattern of "five major transformations",namely,supervision reform,education reform,cultural transformation and labor reform under the guidance of political reform,which provides more development opportunities for prison psychological correction.Psychological correction of prisoners is the premise guarantee of the "five major reforms",and provides basic and auxiliary reform Means and methods of making."Reform well" is the starting point and belonging point of prison psychological correction work.Scientific understanding and understanding of prisoners’ real inner world,through the active and effective psychological correction system to change and dredge the prisoners’ psychological state of error and misconduct,so as to realize the transformation of "improved well" and export qualified law-abiding citizens to the society.As a scientific reform method,psychological correction has been proved to be effective both at home and abroad.It is closely related to the improvement of prison penalty execution ability,reduction of recidivism rate and maintenance of social stability.This paper is based on the theoretical research of psychological correction of prisoners at this stage,combined with the actual situation of H prison work in Shaanxi Province.This paper mainly expounds that there are many factors restricting the effectiveness of psychological correction work in the aspects of correction subject,management subject,work content,system construction,organization system and socialization degree.In the face of problems,this paper actively uses the theory of public management,combined with social means,and draws lessons from the experience of psychological correction work at home and abroad,and puts forward the countermeasures and paths to optimize the psychological correction work of prison inmates.The first part of the introduction mainly through the research background,purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research review and research ideas,methods,put forward the necessity of this topic research.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis of prisoners,psychological correction and psychological correction of prisoners.The third part of the H prison inmates psychological correction work status questionnaire survey,purposeful to understand the prison police and prisoners on the psychological correction work evaluation,as well as the prison developed methods,measures and the effectiveness of the system.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in H prison,mainly from the implementation subject,work content,concept,process and system security of prisoners’ psychological correction.It mainly summarizes that the psychological correction work of prisoners is not paid enough attention to,the working system is not perfect,the team construction is not perfect,and the socialization degree of prison is not high.The fifth part is to collect the advanced experience of psychological correction of prisoners at home and abroad,and put forward the methods and systems that can be used for reference.In the sixth part,according to the existing problems,combined with experience and reference,from the perspective of the professionalization of the correction subject and the diversification of the management subject,the implementation subject of the psychological correction work should be innovated;from the strict implementation of the programmatic document requirements to the further improvement of the content system of psychological correction of prisoners;the system construction and organizational guarantee should be strengthened from the four aspects of demand aggregation,service provision,incentive guarantee and evaluation and
