Research On Modernization Of Municipal Social Govermance

The modernization of the country’s governance system and capacity is an epochal task facing the current national construction.It has a bearing on the long-term governance of the party and the country’s long-term peace and stability.It is also the proper way to consolidate and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.At the fourth plenary session of the 19 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC),a special study was conducted on the state system and governance system,and the decision of the CPC central committee on several major issues concerning upholding and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity was made.The most important component of national governance is social governance,which aims to build an orderly and dynamic society by deepening social governance.At the fourth plenary session of the 19 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)in 2019,"building a new pattern of community-level social governance" was set as a strategic goal,and the modernization of municipal social governance was set as an action goal.Taking W city of Inner Mongolia autonomous region as an example,this paper analyzes the achievements in the modernization of municipal social governance in recent years,and summarizes that W city has initially established the modernizationpattern of municipal social governance through the implementation of offices,clear platform responsibilities,and effective integration of various information resources.Actively use "Internet +" to build an information grid for social governance;We will take innovative measures such as involving all staff in joint defense,building safe enterprises,and resolving conflicts and disputes in multiple ways.This paper analyzes the problems of poor operation caused by the weak foundation of social governance in W city,the numerous social unstable factors and the difficulty in effective governance,the difficulty in effectively playing the role of legal guarantee,and the low degree of participation of autonomous organizations,and makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.Draw lessons from the domestic development level differences of social governance in wuhan,xiamen and qujing city in xiamen city modernization success experience,using the marxist theory of social governance,the governance theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,targeted summarized the ways to solve W city social governance and path,so as to provide reference for regional social management modernization.
