Research On Modernization Practice Of Grassroots Social Governance

As China’s economy and society have entered a new normal of vigorous development,the modernization of social governance at the community level has become an important part of the modernization of national governance,playing an important role in promoting the construction of the socialist market economy,maintaining economic and social stability,and revitalizing social vitality.However,the current social development is in the transition period,the pace of modernization is obviously accelerated,the overall environment of social governance is becoming more complex,showing unbalanced development,which brings us more challenges and opportunities,we need to take effective measures to deal with.Although China has made remarkable achievements in social governance,there are still many challenges,such as the lag of institutional system construction,unclear rights and responsibilities,social organizations embarrassed heavy responsibilities,etc.,which make it more difficult to realize the modernization of grassroots social governance.Based on the theory of multi-center governance and the theory of collaborative governance,this paper takes the requirements of the modernization of social management of Chinese government in the new era as the starting point,to deeply discuss the actual situation of F Subdistrict office,analyze the problems and their causes,and finally put forward the feasible way to realize the modernization of social governance at the grassroots level.As a staff member of F Subdistrict office,I have conducted an in-depth study on the problems in the modernization of social governance in F Subdistrict office,Y District,T City based on my daily work practice.First of all,the paper investigates and summarizes the current practice of the modernization of grassroots social governance in F Subdistrict office.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the modernization of grassroots social governance in F Subdistrict office,and points out the shortcomings in the modernization process of social governance in F Subdistrict office,including the social governance mechanism and system to be improved,the quality of public demand and service to be improved,the participation of multiple governance subjects to be strengthened,and the degree of information interconnection to be improved.And a deep analysis of the causes of these problems,the main is the lack of a scientific system of policy system,governance system infrastructure is not perfect,the modern legal system is not perfect,the ability of multiple subjects of social governance is insufficient.Finally,in view of existing problems and causes,combined with domestic and foreign advanced experience,put forward our grassroots social governance modernization of the realization of the way.The above conclusions provide theoretical guidance and practical path for effectively promoting the modernization of social governance in F Subdistrict office,and also provide reference basis for grassroots social governance in other areas.
