| In the era of new media,the influence of traditional TV and newspaper on public opinion is declining day by day.As the vane of public opinion,public opinion management is not only an important administrative function of the government,but also an important way for the government to listen to public opinion,gather people’s wisdom and rally people’s hearts.In the era of big data,there are more and more ways for the dissemination of network public opinion,and the speed of dissemination is accelerating.Nowadays,the situation of network public opinion is becoming more and more serious,and the difficulty of government public opinion work is escalating accordingly.Based on the current acceleration of self media communication speed and the diversification of communication channels,it is obviously unable to effectively cope with and solve the new situation and characteristics of online public opinion by continuing to use the thinking mode and working method of public opinion management in the era of traditional media.Therefore,based on the introduction of public opinion management and other communication theories,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of network public opinion management in Z City,and puts forward the strategies and methods of government public opinion management in the era of big data and self media.The main work contents are as follows:First of all,it introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of Internet public opinion,as well as the research status abroad,and the research ideas and research methods,draw the technical road map of this paper.Secondly,it focuses on the related concepts and governance theories of network public opinion and public opinion management and crisis public relations theory.Then this paper will summarize the current situation and management dilemma of network public opinion management in Z City Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires.In the fourth chapter,this paper will make a comparative study of the excellent experience and factual cases of the government network public opinion management at home and abroad.Considering the population size base and the difficulty of literature search,foreign countries are selected as reference samples,and the United States,Britain and France are selected respectively;Yinchuan and Shenzhen City are selected domestically.In the context of the popularity of self media and big data,aiming at the problems and causes of public opinion management in Z City,the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and methods of public opinion management in Z city government network,mainly in improving the legislation and publicity of public opinion in Z City,improving the management coordination and evaluation mechanism of public opinion institutions,and strengthening the technical and talent foundation of public opinion management.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of this study. |
