Research On The Development Of Community Old-age Service In Underdeveloped Areas

Social aging is not only a demographic phenomenon,but also brings new contradictions and pressures to social governance and social development.How to solve the problem of social aging is particularly important.Throughout the development process of endowment service in various urban areas in China,practice shows that community endowment service is one of the most feasible ways to solve the problem of endowment development.It is also more in line with the reality of developing endowment service in underdeveloped areas,and should be vigorously implemented in underdeveloped areas.Therefore,based on the premise of underdeveloped urban economic development,it is of far-reaching significance to study how to effectively exert government functions,improve the awareness of social pension services,and establish a pension service system of Co-construction and Co-governance of the whole society.Taking Heyuan City as an example,based on the theory of community development,supply and demand,and welfare pluralism,this paper combines the methods of literature research and investigation to study the supply and demand situation of community endowment service in Heyuan City,focusing on the analysis of the inherent problems and causes of community endowment service in Heyuan City.From the perspective of Co-construction and co-governance,this paper puts forward the conclusion with local characteristics.The countermeasures for the development of community endowment service in Shanheyuan City include:(1)establishing government care mechanism to promote community co-construction;(2)guiding social forces to intervene and promoting service co-governance;(3)raising residents’ income level and awareness of community endowment service demand;(4)promoting the localization of community endowment service model;(5)promoting the industrialization of community endowment service.
