Research On Government Role In Tourism Development Of Lin Tao County

LinTao county,a famous city in northwest China and an important town of longyou since ancient times,is located on the key road of the ancient silk road and one of the important cradles of the ancient culture of the Yellow River.With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standard,the development speed of tourism in linTao county is obviously accelerated,which has become a new economic growth point.But as a result of linTao county tourism industry started relatively late,the lack of experience,linTao county government in the development of the tourism industry should play what role,what is the status of,what kind of function,the government how to better promote and guarantee the development of tourism,how to their policies and strategies are put forward,also need to further discuss and research.Based on the analysis of the present situation of tourism development in linTao county and the government's role,this paper finds out the deficiencies and problems of the government's role in tourism development,and points out that the dislocation,absence and offside of government functions are the main causes of the problems.At the same time,through the analysis of domestic and foreign cases of government participation in tourism development in Thailand,Vietnam ningping province,Qingdao,shandong province,Guilin yangshuo county,etc.,the author finds out the commonness and individuality pattern of government participation in tourism development,and then obtains experience and enlightenment.Finally,combined with the function of service-oriented government and in comparison with the actual situation of linTao county,practical and targeted countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for linTao county to better play the role of the government in tourism development in the future from four aspects: the function of macro-control,the function of public service,the function of promotion and marketing and the function of supervision and management.
