Research On The Role Of Government In Rural Tourism Development

Rural tourism is one of the new forms of modern tourism industry.China's rural tourism is in the rising period of development,with the rapid development momentum,covering the whole country.Many regions have achieved poverty alleviation through the development of rural tourism,which promoted the development and progress of rural society,and improved the living standards of farmers.The rural revitalization strategy is a major national strategy formulated by the state in the new historical period,whose purpose is to establish a sturdy system and policy system of urban-rural integration development,and to coordinate and promote rural economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,ecological civilization construction and the party's construction,which will accelerate the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity and speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.This paper have taken the strategy of rural revitalization as the background,drawed on the theory and method of rural tourism research at home and abroad,combined the current situation of rural tourism development in Togtoh County,and taken into account the relatively weak development of tourism industry in Togtoh County,which is a strong industrial county.Then taking Hekou Management Committee as a case study,this paper have analysed the role of government,village collective and market in the development of rural tourism,summarized the current situation of the lack of government role in the development of rural tourism,and pointed out the reasons for the absence of government.Finally,combined with the actual situation of rural development in the Togtoh County Hekou Management Committee,this paper has put forward various suggestions to strengthen the role of government in rural tourism development under the premise of giving full play to the tourism resources advantages of the Togtoh County Hekou Management Committee and improving the development income of rural tourism.It is advised that the government should take the lead in establishing a sound rural tourism management mechanism,paying attention to the scientific planning of rural tourism,strengthening the training and introduction of tourism professionals,and carrying forward the cultural characteristics of the Yellow River in Togtoh county,which will provide a reference basis for government to implement rural tourism as a starting point,and promote rural development so as to realize rural revitalization.
