Research On The Public Service Supply Of Taiyuan Municipal Government In Shanxi Province Under The Backdrop Of Supply Side Reform

"13th Five-Year" period,we face a huge constraint of energy and environment,the "middle income trap" historic stage test,followed by the growing masses of the high quality of public service,the supply side of the contradiction is more and more prominent,in the "supply side structural reform" environment,public service supply areas also need lift supply suppression,relax supply constraints,activate the market,in order to improve our public service quality and efficiency.This paper first summarizes and analyzes the theoretical research on the "supply side structural reform" and "public service supply" at home and abroad.Then,it summarizes the requirements of the supply side structural reform on the supply of public services,and lays the foundation for the writing of the paper.Secondly,through field research and data sorting,it describes the status quo from five aspects: education,health care,pension,infrastructure and public transportation in Taiyuan,and finds out the problems and reasons.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the local,some thoughts on the construction of the public service supply system in Taiyuan are brought up.This paper studies the supply level of Taiyuan municipal government's public services from the "supply side",and thinks that the supply of public services has made some progress at this stage,and has been recognized and praised by citizens in some areas.But there are still many problems,and accelerate the transformation of government functions,attract social forces to participate in,fully implement the market mechanism,innovation of public service supply mode,to solve the funding constraints,improve the relevant legal system,to broaden the channels for public participation,efforts to increase information disclosure,to achieve effective supervision and management,thus speeding up the level of public service supply in Taiyuan city the increase,increase the effective supply of public services to meet the needs of the people.
