The problem of aging in our country is more serious. The elderly population is increasing, and pension has become the most direct and realistic problem.Empty nesting and aging are the most obvious characteristics of China's aging, and the group of elderly people with long-term disability has also expanded. As a special family that emerged in response to the call and implementation of the family planning policy, the one-child family pensions face more risks and dilemmas. The Disabled elderly with empty nest in one-child family face multiple problems of "legal support for fewer people","empty nest",and "disability",which has become a kind of group that we cannot ignore in the development of elderly care services. This study sorted out the overview of old-age care services, the one-child family old-age care methods, the needs of the elderly in empty nests and the needs of old people in incapacity.Based on the theory of social support and Maslow's hierarchy of needs, use the questionnaire survey method to carry out research and the case work method to provide services.Conduct surveys in the X District of Beijing, put the survey data into SPSS26.0 for statistics, and analyze the demographic structure and basic living conditions of the surveyed subjects.Combined with the theory of social support,it is concluded that there are four dimensions of plight for the disabled elderly: At the level of health care, there are problems of poor physical health and difficulties in self-recovery;At the economic level, there is a lack of support capacity; At the level of spiritual comfort, there are insufficient mental comfort and lack of hard guarantee; At the level of life care, there are problems of insufficient child care, weak neighborhood support, lack of community and institutional care, and spouses under pressure to care. There are many reasons for these difficulties, such as inadequate special policies, lack of community pension function, lack of professional institutions and talents, and low self-identity of the elderly.Based on a general understanding of such groups in the early stage, three phases of casework services were carried out.The goal of the first stage is to establish a relationship of mutual trust with the client; The second stage is to improve the self-identity of the client and enhance the client's ability through the review of the life course;encourage the client to actively participate in community activities and feel the support from the community and neighborhood neighbors; In the third stage, the client and his spouse are encouraged to participate in the relevant peer support groups and establish their own personal relationship circle.Explore the feasibility and operability of social support network construction through specific services. The study found that the one-child family's empty nest disabled elderly care involves multiple subjects,we can start with the construction of a social support system and exert the power of formal and informal support. We can establish and improve the old-age security system, encourage professional institutions to exert their old-age strength, and strengthen the training of professional talents.Through the above measures, the purpose of enhancing formal social support is achieved; To improve informal social support,we must proceed from the elderly and the surrounding environment, strengthen individual self-support,establish peer and family support, and create a community-supporting elderly care atmosphere.Through the joint participation of multiple subjects,a new pension structure will be constructed.
