Childhood is a golden period for the cultivation of values and ideology education.The value orientation of children determines the future value orientation of the whole society.As an important part of school education,the young pioneers organization is the first social organization that the majority of children participate in when they grow up.As an important carrier to develop students' ideological and moral education and improve students' comprehensive quality,the young pioneers activities shoulder the historical mission of cultivating new people in the era of national rejuvenation.At present,under the policy of education targeted poverty alleviation implemented by the state,the development of rural young pioneers is still restricted by many factors,which affects the exertion of the main functions of the young pioneers and is not conducive to the overall physical and mental health development of rural young pioneers.The theory of constructivism claims that knowledge is characterized by uncertainty,constructiveness,sociality and complexity.Not the transmission of knowledge,but the construction of knowledge;Not individual actions,but social interactions.This has opened up a new field of vision for the study of young pioneers.Based on the theory of constructivism,this study analyzes the problems and causes existing in the activities of the young pioneers in rural primary schools,and provides some countermeasures or suggestions for the effective development of the activities of the young pioneers.On the basis of collecting,identifying and sorting out the existing literature,the status quo of the activities of the young pioneers in 14 primary schools in four cities of hebei province was obtained through questionnaire survey and interview.Through the statistical analysis of the data,found that the current rural elementary school young pioneers activities class deficiencies,lack of young pioneers activities of subjectivity,the young pioneers activities resource problems such as the lack of practicality and lack of the young pioneers activities,and then mainly from the school,the young pioneers counselors,family,young pioneers personal and social five aspects analyses the causes of these problems.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward the following optimization strategies for the effective development of the activities of the young pioneers in primary schools: firstly,improve the status of the activities of the young pioneers in rural primary schools;Secondly,pay attention to the subjectivity of young pioneers in the process of carrying out activities;Thirdly,enrich the rural primary school young pioneers form of activities;Finally,make use of local characteristic educational resources to organize young pioneers activities.
