Young children are the hope of the nation and the future of national development.The Chinese communist party has always attached great importance to the cultivation of juvenile children and the work of education,and is concerned about the growth of young children in all aspects.The young pioneers of China(the "young pioneers")as a children's mass organizations is the communist party of China set up,is the Chinese children in the Chinese characteristic socialism and communism the main room,learning activities is a major position,training successors of the communist party entrust the communist youth league of China young pioneers to his immediate manager.Tibet is located in the southwest border of the motherland,is our country's ethnic areas and border areas,the party and the state has always been concerned about all aspects of the work of Tibet,the young pioneers to work in Tibet but also made important instructions,hope is put forward.Central,the ministry of education,national ShaoGongWei make joint of the young pioneers reform plan,clearly put forward to strengthen the work of young pioneers in national regions,deepen the Tibetan children with Chinese letters activities hand in hand.Young pioneers work mainly by the young pioneers activity curriculum as the basic carrier,the elementary school become the main camp for young pioneers work,therefore,research on Tibetan primary school the young pioneers activities curriculum present situation and the implementation of the reform and innovation,to promote Tibet and elementary school young pioneer work in national regions have important theoretical and practical significance.This study based on the status quo of the elementary school young pioneers activities in Tibet,so as to promote the Tibetan district elementary school young pioneers activities curriculum development as the guidance,the fusion of pedagogy,sociology,psychology,ethnology and other multi-disciplinary theory Angle of view and research methods,in-depth research and investigation in Tibet primary school curriculum present situation,problems and influence factors of the young pioneers activities,analysis of organizational activity curriculum in children and adolescents experience at home and abroad,through the analysis of the background,problem,the core concept definition,theory put forward by combing,comparative reference,the present situation analysis,factor analysis,policy recommendations,etc.,for Tibet and the development of elementary school young pioneers activities curriculum in ethnic minority areas put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,To provide the relevant departments to ensure the development of primary schools in the region and the healthy growth of young children.The main research contents and research results of this paper are as follows:Begin from the research background,objective,purpose and meaning of research from several aspects in this paper,the selected topic reason,from home and abroad about the integrated activity curriculum,and the young pioneers activities curriculum research combing the related literature at home and abroad,and specific research ideas and research methods.Second interpretation of the young pioneers,activity curriculum,the young pioneers activities related concepts of the course,and expounds the theoretical basis of this study,the main activities of curriculum theory,social constructivism learning theory,on the basis of the theory in this paper,the properties of interpretation of the young pioneers activity courses,course content and meaning of the young pioneers activities,unique elementary school young pioneers activity curriculum,and to the back of the theoretical investigation and countermeasures research in real life.Thirdly,we should go deep into the primary schools in various cities and cities in Tibet and investigate the current situation of primary school students' activity courses in Tibet through questionnaire and interview.To summarize experience in Tibet primary school curriculum in the implementation of the young pioneers activities and problems,this paper focuses on the Tibetan primary school the young pioneers activities course level,from the Tibetan primary school,the young pioneers activities offered subject cognitive situation,the curriculum resources,curriculum activities method,curriculum safeguard mechanism,the main body to participate in the activities of force,effect of the seven aspect present situation investigation,and find out problems and influencing construction,strengthen the young pioneers activities curriculum guarantee mechanism,rich young pioneers activities course content and methods,to strengthen the construction of Tibetan primary school the young pioneers organization,development and community young pioneers activities outside work and so on.
