Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Volunteer Service Management In Reclamation District Of Dongying City

In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,it is pointed out that it is necessary to promote the institutionalization of voluntary service and strengthen the consciousness of social responsibility,rules and dedication.Through the development of voluntary service,it can greatly help the construction of social spiritual civilization,continuously improve the quality and accomplishment of all sectors of society,effectively make up for the lack of government and market services,and further improve the quality and level of the economic and social development environment.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and research,comparative analysis,and takes the voluntary service in Kenli District of Dongying City,Shandong Province as the research object,and systematically combs the present situation of the local voluntary service management from four aspects: the establishment and system mechanism of voluntary service management organization,the technical support of voluntary service management,the supervision mechanism of voluntary service management and the present situation of voluntary service management project.In view of the problems existing in the management of voluntary service,this paper makes a systematic study on the problems existing in the management of voluntary service,and concludes that the construction of the rule of law of local voluntary service is slow,the administration of voluntary service organization is serious,the level of specialization of voluntary service is not high,and the channels of participation in voluntary service are not wide.The social atmosphere of voluntary service is not strong,and the causes of the problems are analyzed from the level of government management and social governance.In view of the problems analyzed,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening social strength,improving the level of specialization of voluntary service,creating social atmosphere,perfecting the safeguard measures of voluntary service,etc.,such as cultivating and incubating social organizations,strengthening the management of professionals,advocating the concept of "voluntary family",perfecting the rules and regulations,and so on.This paper aims to find out the problems existing in the management of voluntary service in Kenli District of Dongying City and put forward some countermeasures to improve the management of local voluntary service.
