Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Education And Management Of College Student Party Members

College student Party members are the new reserve force created by our Party in the new era.The Education and management of college student Party members is also an important part of the party construction in colleges and universities in China.In recent years,party committees in universities have actively strengthened their political guidance and absorption of students,and more and more young people have actively moved closer to organizations and joined the ranks of the party,thus the education and management of Student Party members in colleges and universities is being carried out in an orderly way.However,we are also well aware that in the new historical period,as the international situation changes and the domestic social reform enters a deep-water period,the information network becomes more popular,the social openness increases,and the value choice of college students also shows diversification,which put forward a new task and increases the sense of crisis for us to do a good job in the education and management of college Party members.Focusing on these issues,this paper conducts a multi-dimensional research from the theoretical height to the practical level.Through the investigation and study of the current situation of the education and management of college student Party members,and based on the systematical sorting out of the investigation results,this paper analyzes the current education and management of college student party members by combining the methods of literature analysis and investigation.On the basis of absorbing the previous research results,this paper makes clear the significance,guiding ideology,goal,content and quality evaluation of the educational management of college student party members.On this basis,this paper dissects the present situation of the education and management of college student Party members and the problems existing in it,and makes further research for the main factors leading to these problems,including social factors,home-school factors,self-factors and so on,so as to put forward the feasible direction of strengthening and promoting the work of education and management of college student Party members.This paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on this work from five aspects,such as perfecting guarantee mechanism,constructing training system,conducting strict process management,making good use of ideological and political education,and strengthening team construction,which can be used for reference in the work of college Party construction,especially in the education and management of Party members,ensuring the education and management of student Party members in mechanism.
