Research On Improving The Quality Of The Party Construction Of The Student Party Branch

The party construction of college students is an important link in the cultivation of socialist builders and successors in colleges and universities.It is also an important and effective way to guide and strengthen the ideological and political theory education of college students,which is of great significance to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the eighteen Party’s Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the party building in Colleges and universities and the ideological and political work of university students.Based on the important requirements of "improving the quality of Party building" put forward by Xi Jinping in the nineteen major reports,this paper explores the current party building work in Colleges and universities in order to improve the quality of Party building in the party branches.This article combs Marx,Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping about the important thought and practice of the grass-roots party organization construction.These theories about the construction of the party’s grass-roots organizations are the solid theoretical basis for the construction of the student Party branch in the new era.Therefore,to improve the quality of the construction of College Students’ Party branch is not only the need of the development of the times and the construction of the party itself,but also the need of implementing the theory of the construction of the party’s grass-roots organizations.In strict accordance with the articles of association of the Communist Party of China,the regulations on the work of the branch of the Communist Party of China(for Trial Implementation)(hereinafter referred to as the regulations)and the standards for the work of the party construction of students in ordinary colleges and universities,the author initially understood the current situation of the construction of the Party branch of students in some colleges and universities in Beijing,and made an analysis of the specific situation.As an important part of the party’s grass-roots organizations,in order to continue to play its role as a battle fortress in the grass-roots party organizations,it is necessary to conduct in-depth and detailed analysis of the root causes of the problems existing in the party branches of college students in the new era,so as to further provide theoretical support for the solution of the problems.Only by rectifying the motivation of student party members to join the party,paying attention to the study of political theory and giving full play to the exemplary role and influence of Party members,can we improve the political literacy of student party members and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of the quality of Party Construction of student party branches;only by improving the selection criteria of student party members,establishing and improving the management and supervision mechanism of student party members,and expanding the social practice of student party branches,Only by strengthening the construction of party affairs personnel in Colleges and universities,increasing the input of Party construction teachers,building and improving the scientific management system,optimizing the campus cultural construction,creating a good external environment,can we improve the quality of Party construction work in student party branches To open up a new situation and further develop the important role of the student Party branch in the ideological and political education,personnel training,reform and development of college students.
