Research On Party Member Education Of College Student Party Members

At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,aiming at cultivation of high moral values and new generations of talents through education,President Xi Jinping stresses that the CPC must exercise self-discipline and be strict with its members and puts forward a series of new requirements for party spirit education,that is,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,nurturing generations of party members of college students with advancement and purity.For undergraduate party members,party spirit education is particularly important for them to inject fresh blood to the party and become core force for national development and progress.Colleges and universities should take the historic responsibility of deciding what kinds of people to cultivate,how to cultivate them and for whom they were cultivated during the party spirit education.Therefore,the in-depth research on undergraduate party members’ party spirit education is beneficial for enriching the party building theory of Marxism,strengthening undergraduate party members’ ideal and faith,and laying a firm foundation for fostering a new generation of young people in the era of socialism.Based on the researches on party spirit education conducted by the writers of Marxist classics,all previous central collective leadership and President Xi Jinping,It emphasizes the necessity of reinforcing undergraduate party members’ party spirit education,and combines the current development reality of China to sort out the current status of party spirit education on undergraduate party members,And analyze it,and put forward the feasible countermeasures for party members’ party education.Firstly,the paper starts with concept definition,clarifying the connotation of party spirit,party spirit cultivation,and party spirit education,and clarifies the research feasibility through relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,through relevant materials and literature,the paper expounds the necessity of reinforcing undergraduate party members’ party spirit education from three perspectives,including the ruling consciousness,self-construction and party status of college student party members.Thirdly,the paper studies undergraduate party members by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.Through analyzing the current status of party spirit education on undergraduate party members,the paper points out that the overall trend is good,namely,It has strengthened the four senses of party members,strengthened the discipline concept of party members,improved the normal mechanism of party members’ education,and improved the quality of party members.However,the party spirit education on undergraduate party members also faces new circumstances and challenges,such as insufficient innovation consciousness in party spirit education,valuing theory more than practice during party spirit education,single propaganda way of party spirit education,low efficiency of full-scale party spirit education mechanism,etc.This is also one of the main contents of this paper.Lastly,the paper combines the above theoretical bases,existing problems,and analysis of causes,and proposes practical and feasible party spirit education strategies from four aspects: improve the party spirit education concept for undergraduate party members,enrich the party spirit education content for undergraduate party members,innovate the party spirit education methods undergraduate party members,and establish long-term party spirit education mechanism undergraduate party members.By combining the party spirit education with the features and demands of undergraduate party members,the paper aims to promote theoretical innovation of party construction in colleges and universities and constantly enhance the party spirit cultivation of undergraduate party members,laying a solid foundation for bringing about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
