Research On Strategies In The Cultivation Of Social Organizations In Rural Communities

With the improvement of China’s economic and social development,residents have put forward higher requirements for social management and services.To meet the needs of development,under the background of the transformation of government functions and continuous innovation of social governance,community social organizations have greater development space.Practice has proved that community social organizations play an irreplaceable role in providing public services,meeting residents’ service needs,alleviating social contradictions,maintaining social harmony,promoting residents’ participation,and improving residents’ awareness and ability of self-government.However,the community social organizations,especially the rural community social organizations,are still in the primary stage of development in China and face many difficulties.Cultivating and developing community social organizations is of great significance to promoting social governance and building a harmonious society.Taking the cultivation project of rural community social organization as an example,this paper use the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research to discuss the difficulties faced by the cultivation of rural community social organization and the countermeasures.This paper mainly discusses two ways to cultivate social organizations in rural communities: leaders of social organizations with enhanced abilities: emotional support and capacity building;Empowering community social organizations-Linking and integrating resources.It has promoted the specialization,continuance and planning development of social organizations.According to the research,the difficulties in the cultivation of social organizations in rural communities are as follows: professional social work is limited by administration;Less local support;The effect of short incubation period is limited and the participation enthusiasm of community residents is low.Based on this,this paper puts forward optimization strategies from the perspective of system theory: first,to promote the coupling of social work professional goals and government management goals;The second is the relationship establishment and role adjustment of the multi-subject.Third,the demand focus and interactive symbiosis of service objects;Fourth,the construction of social capital in professional service.In order to promote social organization cultivation in rural communities and social construction.
