Research On The Collaborative Development Of Rural Information Service And E-commerce

Since 2013,the country has made a series of major strategic deployments in the development of rural information services and rural e-commerce,clarifying the important role of the coordinated development of the two in promoting the modernization of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.As a major agricultural province in central China,Hubei Province has been leading the country in rural information services and rural e-commerce.The coordinated development of the two can vigorously promote agricultural upgrading,rural development,and farmers’ income.However,it is found in the practice survey that the development of rural information services and rural e-commerce in Hubei Province is independent and completely separated,which has to some extent cut off the connection between rural information services and rural e-commerce.Therefore,the research focus of this article is to use six cities in Hubei Province as an example to explore the mechanism and effect of the coordinated development of rural information services and rural e-commerce.Based on this,a path for the coordinated development of rural information services and rural e-commerce is proposed.This paper uses the synergy theory as the starting point to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural information services and rural e-commerce.The comprehensive development level evaluation model was used to analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics of the development level of rural information services and rural e-commerce in six cities of Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017.Based on this,the coupling synergy evaluation model was used to analyze the six levels of Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017 Spatio-temporal characteristics of the city’s rural information services coupled with rural e-commerce.The research results show that rural information services and rural e-commerce in Hubei Province have a synergistic development mechanism.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the degree of coupling and coordination between rural information services and rural e-commerce in Hubei Province is high,strong foundation for collaborative development.Therefore,taking this as an opportunity to propose the construction of a comprehensive rural information service and e-commerce center.With a view to provide a certain reference for rural information services and rural e-commerce in other regions of Hubei Province and even other provinces.
