Research On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Rural Infrastructure And Rural Economy In Henan Province

In recent years,my country has vigorously implemented the strategy of rural revitalization.Good rural infrastructure can promote the progress of the rural economy,and play a very important role in reducing farmers’poverty and promoting rural economic growth.Underdeveloped infrastructure will bring a series of social problems and hinder the development of the rural economy;a good rural economy also boosted the development of rural infrastructure.As a major agricultural province in my country,there are still many problems in the development of rural infrastructure in Henan Province.The coordination and promotion of rural infrastructure and rural economy will help promote the further development of rural revitalization in Henan Province.At the same time,the coordinated development of rural infrastructure and rural economy in Henan Province is of great significance to the sustainable development of rural areas in Henan Province.Based on the above background,this article studies the complex dynamic relationship between the rural infrastructure and the rural economy in the 18 provincial cities of Henan Province from the perspective of system coupling.First,analyze the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this research,and summarize the relevant literature and research at home and abroad.It also analyzes the development status of rural infrastructure and rural economy in Henan Province.Secondly,build an evaluation index system for the coupling of rural infrastructure and rural economy in Henan Province,select 16 indicators in the rural infrastructure system,and 6 indicators in the rural economic system.Then,through the gray correlation model,analyze and calculate the degree of correlation between the two subsystems of rural infrastructure and rural economy;collect relevant data from 2011 to 2020 in 18 cities in Henan Province,and calculate the development index of the two.Through the establishment of the coupling coordination degree model,the research and analysis of the coupling and coordination relationship between the rural infrastructure and the rural economy in Henan Province.The conclusions show that:(1)The development level of rural infrastructure in most cities in Henan Province fluctuates locally and rises overall;(2)The level of rural economic development in the cities under the jurisdiction of the provinces in Henan Province is generally rising rapidly,but the speed of improvement and the level of development still show large regional differences;(3)The overall level of coordination and coordination between rural infrastructure and rural economy in all cities in Henan Province is still low,with large regional differences,and most of them are still on the verge of coordination.16 of the 18 province-administered cities are"rural Infrastructure lagging type".Finally,which is consistent with the conclusions of theoretical research and empirical analysis,combined with the status quo of rural infrastructure and rural economic development in Henan Province,this article starts from three aspects:implementing policies in accordance with local conditions,reducing regional differences,and rational allocation of rural infrastructure.The discussion of relevant policy recommendations provided some thoughts for promoting the better coordinated development of rural infrastructure and rural economy in Henan Province.
