Research On Cross-Domain Collaborative Governanace Model Of Floating Population In Ethnic Areas In The Process Of Urbanization

In recent years,with the increase in the number of ethnic minorities and the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of surplus ethnic minority labor force in rural areas of M county,under the economic incentive,left their original place to go to other places and become a floating population of ethnic minorities.The floating population is given priority to with young adults,general education degree is not high,with the expansion of the scale of the floating population,to the ethnic work and social management has brought a series of problems,such as social security,sanitation,public resources nervous,ethnic floating population city belonging problem,The problem of separation of person and household registration,employment education and so on.Social reality in the face of these problems,because the minority problems,management idea lag,difficult and management as well as the relevant laws and regulations is not perfect and imperfect,the ethnic floating population in M County,management existence main differentiation,work hard to carry out,management coordination mechanism is weak and the public service ability is insufficient.To solve the above problems,it is necessary to further strengthen the management of the floating population of ethnic minorities.Based on the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems,this paper collects relevant materials,sorts out and browses the existing research results through libraries,network databases and other methods,and USES qualitative analysis and systematic comparison methods to find the gaps in the current research and ensure the innovation of this research.First of all,the introduction of the floating population and ethnic areas across the collaborative governance mode about the concept and characteristics,applicable and related theory,combing the floating population in ethnic minority areas across the collaborative governance mode of development,describes the present situation and analysis,and shows the characteristics of its complex,find the problem,from the micro and macro aspects,digging in the root of the problem,through the analysis to determine the ideas and principles to solve the problem,finally find the problem to solve.In the process of writing a thesis,using a progressive description method,the article is composed of five parts.The first part focuses on the background and significance of the research of this topic.It briefly summarizes the research content ofthe article and introduces the global scope.The actual situation,giving the article’s innovation and research path;the second part mainly expounds the existing theoretical results,introduces related concepts and their characteristics and applicable principles,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research;The current development status is introduced from the overall and partial aspects,and the results achieved in the actual operation are elaborated;the third part analyzes the problems found in the previous article in depth,finds the causes of the problems,and indicates the countermeasures for subsequent thinking Direction;The fourth part aims at the reasons mentioned above,and after comprehensive thinking,research and analysis,puts forward strategies that can solve the problem.In the last part,it summarizes the content and conclusion of this article,and looks forward to the future of this subject.
