Problems And Countermeasures Of The Young Pioneers And The Communist Youth League In Junior High School On The Connection Of Work

At the junior high school stage,the Young Pioneers organization coexists with the Communist Youth League.Realizing the smooth connection between the work of the Young Pioneers and the work of the Communist Youth League,forming the team organization and exerting the role of team organization to maximize the role of organizing and educating people,is an indispensable part of the working system of the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school.In 2016,the Communist Youth League Central Committee,the Ministry of Education issued the "Middle School Communist Youth League Reform Implementation Program" and the2017 Communist Youth League Central Committee,the Ministry of Education,the National Committee of Young Pioneers issued the "Young Pioneer Reform Program" stressed that "strengthening the connection between the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school" as the focus of the team task.Therefore,doing a good job of the Connection of work between the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school can not only consolidate the Young Pioneers organization education results,lay a solid foundation for the development of the Communist Youth League organization,so as to build up the team’s work pattern,but also serve the healthy growth of children and adolescents,promote the achievement of their overall development goals.At present,the Connection of work between the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school is not mature,the normal mechanismhas not yet been formed,and the work of the Young Pioneers and the work of the Communist Youth League are imbalance.Therefore,this study follows the idea of "determining the content of the research-clarifying the relevant theoretical problems-in-depth research on the ground-putting forward countermeasures",and on the basis of clarifying the relevant theory problems related to the connection of work of the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school,selecting 8 teams with relatively rich work experience in junior high school to conduct field research.Focus on the analysis of the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures.This study first explains the basic theoretical problems such as the meaning,operation system and value implication of the connection of work between the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school,which is the logical premise for the implementation of this study.Then,using the interview method and observation method from the team work goal,team work content,team work path,team work mechanism four aspects to conduct field research on the reality of the connection of work between the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school.On this basis,focus on analysis of existing problems,mainly: the work objectives of the convergence is not clear,showing one sideness;the work content is not perfect,the heavy regiment is light team,the work way is not scientific,the form is greater than the content,the working mechanism is not perfect,the role plays inefficient.Then,further in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,it boils down to: the shackles of the pressure of entrance examination,the workers of the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League are lack of skills,the weak team consciousness of the Youth League members and the Young Pioneers,differences in the development of working areas between the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers.Finally,combined with the problems and the reasons for its emergence,the countermeasures proposed for the connection of work between the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League in junior high school are: to clarify the connection of team work objectives,to improve the connection of team work content,to broaden the connection of team work paths,and to standardize the connection of team work mechanisms.
