This paper investigates the present situation of the organization construction of the Young Pioneers of Junior High School in Kunming,finds the problems,attributions.Finally,in junior high schools,a suitable path for the organization construction of the Young Pioneers is explored in this paper.The Youth Pioneers of China is the most influential children’s group organization in our country.Since its establishment,the Youth Pioneers have closely followed the steps of our Party and carried out a series of colorful practices based on the characteristics of the times,and cultivated generations of outstanding builders and successors for our country.The Youth Pioneers are the main position for schools’ ideological,political and moral education.Thus,the work of the Young Pioneers is a significant part of our Party’s and schools’ education work.However,the work of the Young Pioneers in junior high school is not as smooth as in elementary school,which has not received a deserved attention and has been on the fringe for a long time.Recently,the Ministry of Education,the Communist Youth League,and the National Youth Work Committee have constantly emphasized to strengthen the organization construction of the Young Pioneers in junior high schools.Thus,it is extremely necessary to study and solve the corresponding problems.The junior high school stage is a critical stage for the development of the young pioneer’s ideology.As the successors of the Communist Party of China,the young pioneers must strength their political positions and cultivate their moral qualities.Exploring the development of the organization construction of the Young Pioneers in junior high schools can not only effectively promote team connection and integration construction,but also broaden the research horizons of the organization construction to provide useful construction ideas.Moreover,it is of great significance and value to strengthen the ideological education of Young Pioneers in junior high schools.This paper through to the Kunming two junior high school of the young pioneers and the counselor questionnaire and interview,and follows the steps of “from discovering problems to building a framework to analyzing problems to proposing countermeasures”.This paper studies the organizational structure,the management of the team members,the generation and rotation of small cadres,the construction of positions,and the quality of counselors in an urban junior high school and a rural junior high school in Kunming.This paper is organized into the following five parts.The first part focuses on the reason for the topic selection,research purpose,significance and methods.Through combing and analyzing a large amount of literature,this part provides a comprehensive survey on the current domestic and foreign related researches.The second part focuses on the analysis of the purpose,content,significance and principles of the organization construction of Young Pioneers in junior high schools.The third part analyzes the questionnaire data,sorts out the results of the interviews with young pioneers’ instructors and school leaders.As a result,we found that the problems of the organization construction of Young Pioneers in junior high schools include: insufficient understanding of Young Pioneers by the players,unscientific management of the young pioneers by the school,unreasonable election and rotation of small cadres,insufficient positions of the Young Pioneers,and insufficient professionalism of the counselors,etc.The fourth part interprets the problems pointed out in the third part from six aspects,including superior leadership department,school leaders,counselors,young pioneers,parents and society.The fifth part provides the countermeasures based on the existing problems in the organization construction of Young Pioneers in junior high schools,which consists of improving the organizational structure,building a content system for team connection,establishing a motivation system and an independent management model,insisting on democratic elections,consolidating the Young Pioneers Position and promoting the professional development of counselors. |
