Young Pioneer education is an important part of children 's education,and it is also a good assistant for school education.The nature and characteristics of the Young Pioneers education determine that the Young Pioneers organization has a special role that other education channels cannot replace.Rural Young Pioneer Education plays a decisive role in Young Pioneer Education,and its real development needs to be studied.In this study,the central elementary schools in the two towns of S County,Yancheng City were used as the survey object,combined with the interview and observation methods to investigate the work status of the school 's young pioneer counselors,and then analyze the results of the investigation to find out their existing problems Deep-seated reasons,and put forward relevant suggestions.The thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly explains the reasons for selecting the topic,literature review,concept definition and research significance;the second chapter is the research design,including the research purpose,research questions,research object selection,research methods Process and research ethics;Chapter 3 elaborates the current status of the work of the Young Pioneers 'counselors in rural primary schools;Chapter 4 analyzes the causes of the work status of the Rural Young Pioneers' counselors;Chapter 5 provides suggestions for improving the work of the Young Pioneers 'counselors.Based on the work responsibilities of the Young Pioneers 'instructors,this study studied the work status of the Rural Young Pioneers' instructors from four aspects:working environment,working objects,work content,and working ability.The survey found that,as far as the working environment is concerned,the education of the Young Pioneers in their school is in an awkward position that is marginalized.In terms of working objects,students,parents,communities and other relevant subjects have low awareness of independent participation.In terms of work content,the Young Pioneers' activities lacked vitality and lacked new ideas.As far as the work ability of the counselors is concerned,they lack professional theoretical knowledge,the ability ofindependent inquiry and innovation,and the professional attitude that the counselors should have.This study analyzes the causes of the Young Pioneers 'counselors' work status from three levels: system,thought,and material.Influenced by the idea of "score supreme".Based on the analysis of the work status and causes of the Young Pioneers' counselors,the author proposes possible strategies for improving the work of rural counselors from three levels: government,school and individual.As far as the government is concerned,the relevant system should be improved to provide strong support for the education of the Young Pioneers.As far as schools are concerned,the education of the Young Pioneers should be emphasized to ensure the implementation of the work of the Young Pioneers.At the individual level,one should emancipate the mind and take the initiative.
