Study On The Community Home Care Service For The Aged In Jingpeng Town Of Hexigten Banner Under The Coordinate Governance

China has entered an aging society,with the development of the city,"421" family a large number of the elderly,the number of elderly Cavitation,the elderly is increasing,China’s aging situation will further aggravate.With the development of China’s economy,the traditional models of "providing for the aged at home”and "supporting children for the aged" can no longer meet the needs of the elderly,and public homes for the aged are too strict because of the conditions required for admission,with the publicity and popularization of community home-based old-age support,community home-based old-age support will become more and more in line with the development of the Times,to meet the needs of the new old-age support.-In 2013,the State Council issued an article pointing out that by 2020,a home-based,community-based and institution-supported old-age care service system should be established,in which the functions of old-age care services will be improved and the scale of old-age care services will be appropriate,the old-age service product is more abundant,the market mechanism is unceasingly consummated,the old-age service industry develops continuously and healthily.This has played a milestone role in the development of China’s home-based pension industry.This paper takes the Hexigten Banner community as the research object,takes the synergetic governance theory as the guidance,unifies the domestic and foreign urban home care service development related experience,according to the local community home care service development actual situation,by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,and by means of field survey,we have collected relevant data to understand the needs of the Hexigten Banner for the aged in the community,this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the development of the home care for the aged in the Hexigten Banner community from the aspects of the government,enterprises and social organizations,and puts forward relevant measures to promote the cooperative governance of multiple subjects,in order to establish a community home care service system that can reasonably match community resources,meet the needs of the elderly.and improve the level of Hexigten Banner Community Home Care Service.
