Study Of The Construction Of Political Culture Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

The inner-party political culture is the sum of the relatively stable political psychology,ideology,political belief,political values and other cultural elements that have been gradually formed in the historical development of the Communist Party of China and continue to exist in the actual development.Among them,there are both positive and healthy elements and negative decadent elements,all of which are manifested through different political practices and political systems,and have different roles in the party’s political construction.The construction of inner-party political culture in the new era should actively adhere to and develop advanced and healthy inner-party political culture,at the same time,we should resist the decadent and negative inner-party political culture through various ways,constantly create a good atmosphere of inner-party political and cultural ecology,and realize the historical mission of the new era party.On the basis of carefully combing the existing research achievements of the academic circles on the inner-party political culture,this paper comprehensively expounds the basic theory of the construction of the inner-party political culture theory system,focuses on the development process of the inner-party political culture and summarizes the historical experience of the construction,focuses on the problems and challenges encountered in the current inner-party political culture construction,and finally systematically discusses the practical path of the inner-party political culture construction.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion,in which the text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter mainly explains the basic theory of inner-party political culture from the aspects of connotation,characteristics and structure.The inner-party political culture of the Communist Party of China is rich in connotation.It is guided by Marxism,based on the fine traditional Chinese culture,originated from revolutionary culture,dominated by advanced socialist culture,and fully embodies the spirit of the Communist Party of China.It is characterized by the unity of class and science,theory and practice,inheritance and development,etc.It has a complete structural element with political psychology as the foundation,party ideology as the core,political values as the axis,political belief as the soul and political system as the carrier.At the same time,strengthening inner-party political and cultural construction in the new era has great strategic significance in providing spiritual impetus for comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline,providing cultural foundation for building a good political ecology,and providing value guidance for improving the soft power of national culture.The second chapter carefully combs the development course of inner-party political culture and summarizes the historical experience and inspiration of the construction based on the important events and meetings experienced by the Party.Perfect party political culturedevelopment history and the development course of the communist party of China
