The political party, in modern democratic politics, is breeding a culture of shared meaning, and also bearing its unique cultural identity. From a cultural point of view of political parts to commence the study, which is different from the traditional system of political science in perspective, it allows us to gain a deeper understanding of the effective functioning of political party be able to micro-foundation, or is unable to exert its normal function of the reasons for non-system.
