| Since the new era,the CPC has paid more attention to strengthening political construction of the party in view of the new development situation.At the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed for the first time to "pay attention to strengthening the construction of political culture within the Party".At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development of a positive and healthy political culture within the Party and the creation of a good political ecology with a clean and upright atmosphere were included in the Party Constitution,which clearly reflects the Party’s great importance of political culture within the Party for its construction.Therefore,to study developing a positive and healthy political culture within the Party is of great significance for consolidating the Party’s leadership position,improving the Party’s governing ability,and gaining a more accurate understanding of the Party’s governing laws.This paper uses the literature research method,summary and induction method,interdisciplinary research method and historical analysis method,taking the basic concepts and theoretical overview as the logical starting point,then to explore the existing problems and their causes,and finally adhere to the problem-oriented approach to find a feasible path to solve the problem.First of all,to find out what is the political culture within the party,through the study of Marxist classic writers,Chinese Communist Party leaders on the construction of political culture within the Party as a theoretical basis,to sort out the development process of the development of positive and healthy inner-party political culture theory in the new era and its main content.Secondly,according to the current situation of intra-party political culture construction,it is found that there are mainly problems such as deviation of political values of a few party members and cadres,lack of confidence in the system and self-discipline,and lack of solemnness and standardization of intra-party political life.It is analyzed that the main causes are the negative influence of the corrupt political culture,the incomplete implementation of intra-party system and discipline,and the imperfect management mechanism of intra-party political life.Finally,combined with the theoretical basis and current research,it concludes that we should develop the positive and healthy intra-party political culture from the three dimensions of ideology,system and behavior,and proposes to strengthen the ideological foundation of the whole party through continuous intra-party learning and education.Strengthen intra-party system construction and ensure the development of intra-party political culture;We will standardize intra-party political activities and focus on enhancing their development paths,such as the "four characteristics". |
