Study On The Construction Of Political Culture Of CPC Since The 18^th National Congress Of CPC

Political culture,as an important aspect of political system,is mainly refers to the state,society or Party about the overall tendency of the political system,organization,institution and political attitude,belief and value.It includes subject,object of political culture and mentality,spirit and thought of the subject as well.Political parties are the main political subjects of modern society,the construction of it concludes political construction,ideological construction and so on.And political culture contains all aspects of the construction of political parties and plays unique role on it.Basically,the party’s political and cultural conditions can directly reflect the party’s political orientation,basic properties,the ruling ability,purity,and advanced level.Therefore,once the party political culture is formed,it will play an extremely important guiding and leading role on the construction of all aspects of the Party.The CPC is always paying attention to the construction of political culture at different times of revolution,construction and reform.The CPC sticks to put political construction as leader,and put ideological construction at first place,and put organizational construction,discipline construction,style construction,system construction and the construction of anti-corruption and pro-cleanness throughout it.And it gradually forms The political ideas,political beliefs,political rules and political values,which are guided by Marxism with Chinese characteristics,etc.They offer basic follow for the construction of political culture in the new area.China faces many new challenges and problems since the 18 th National Congress of CPC.How to deal with development problems and guide the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new area has became a subject matter to the CPC.In October 2016,Chairman Xi first proposed the construction of political culture of CPC at the second plenary session of the six plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee.This proposition is an innovation of the theory of the Party’s construction which was presented by the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core.From then on,The CPC lifts the curtain on the party must handle party,rule the party strictly and keep advancement and purity forever.The political culture of CPC is guided by Marxism and on the basics of Chinese traditional culture and begins with revolutionary culture and its subject is socialist advanced culture,and it adequately embody Party character of CPC.It consists of the guiding ideology,political conviction,value orientation,way of thinking and political climate and so on.The construction of political culture of CPC is not only a positive response to the objective demand of the complicated and changeable international situation,but also to cope with the current national conditions,multiple risks and challenges that the Party faces.This paper is established in the national conditions and the Party’s conditions,and the formation and development of political culture of CPC.And it borrows from scientific socialism,Politics and history and other subjects.This paper elaborates and interprets the basic theoretical problems such as the scientific connotation,spiritual essence and the necessity and urgency of the construction of the construction of political culture of the communist party of China.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter introduces the concept of political culture in the communist party of China through the concept of political culture in western political science,and summarizes its theoretical basis.The second chapter introduces the development of the political and cultural construction of CPC since the CPC has been founded and its main content.The third chapter mainly expounds the necessity and urgency of the the construction of the Party’s political culture,and the challenges and risks that the CPC faces.The last chapter puts forward basic ideas and measures to strengthen the construction of the Party’s political culture on the basis of China’s specific national conditions,new historical missions and the party’s construction practice in the new era.
