Research On The Implement Of Entrepreneurship Policies For College Students From The Perspective Of Smith Model

With the increasing number of college graduates in China,Chinese college students is facing a serious situation of employment.In order to alleviate the employment pressure,China has implemented the policy of'promoting employment through entrepreneurship'.A series of supportive policies have been carried out to encourage college students to start their own businesses which can on one hand,help them to solve the employment problem,enhance individual ability,and realize individual value,and on the other hand,provide more working opportunities and jobs to the society to promote the employment work of the government.By now,out country and local governments have carried out many entrepreneurship policies aiming at college students from the perspective of tax,finance,entrepreneurship services,entrepreneurship education,social security and other aspects.Although the entrepreneurship policies for college students have reached a considerable number,the entrepreneurship rate and success rate of graduates in China are still at a low level.There is still a deep gap between the goal of building an‘innovation-oriented country'and our current situation.There are still problems in the process of policy implementation.Taking Smith Model as researching perspective,this study use the method of interviews and questionnaires and start from the needs of college students to analyze if the implementation of the policy matches the needs of college students or not.In this way,this study summarizes the current problems in the implementation of entrepreneurship policies for college students in China in order to explore effective strategies to improve this implementation process and provide reference for the government to improve and promote the implementation of the policy of college students entrepreneurship.
