Research On The Problems Of Entrepreneurship Policy Implementation For College Students In Fuzhou

In this era of economic globalization,opportunities and challenges coexist.Under the severe economic and employment situation,young college students really undertake a historical mission while they also have difficulty in taking a step.General Secretary Xi pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth Party Congress that we should actively guide and encourage college students to innovate and start businesses.Innovative entrepreneurship has become a new business card for college students in their career prospects.without doubt,College students have become the main force to promote mass entrepreneurship.The emergence of entrepreneurship policy for college student is the demand of the times.With the emergence of the national "innovation & entrepreneurship" rush,the implementation of entrepreneurship policy for college student are facing a new situation.As the capital of Fujian Province and the key city of the Straits Economic Circle,it is of great significance to study the optimization of entrepreneurship policy implementation for college students.Through the relevant theory of public policy implementation and Smith's policy implementation process model,this study analyses the current situation,existing problems and causes of the implementation of entrepreneurial policy for college students in Fuzhou by using questionnaire survey and interview survey.Then,combined with the case of advanced experience of entrepreneurship policy for college student at home and abroad,and come up with new methods or models of Fuzhou.It also puts forward suggestions on how to comprehensively enhance the cohesion,vitality,influence attraction,and executive force of entrepreneurship policy for college student;Improving entrepreneurship assistance through multiple channels;strengthen the functions of entrepreneurship education in universities.The purpose of this study is to optimize and promote the implementation of the entrepreneurship policy for college students in Fuzhou,enhance the vitality and charm of the policy themselves,ensure the implementation of the entrepreneurshippolicy for college students,escort and make their events come true,and finally reach the goal of promoting the economic development of Fuzhou and even the west coast of the Taiwan straits.
