Research On The Government’s Support Policy For College Students’ Innovation And Entrepreneurship

With the proposal of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in China,there has been a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship nationwide.College students are an important participant in innovation.In recent years,it has become more difficult for college students to find employment,and innovation and entrepreneurship have a greater role in alleviating the employment problem of college students.Based on the importance of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship in solving employment problems,local governments have strengthened the importance of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship,and have also given great support from the policy.This article mainly studies the government’s support policies for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.In the specific study,it analyzes the support policies of Nanjing City for university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.During the research of the article,the following work was done:First,the relevant theories involved in the research process of the article are analyzed.The innovation and entrepreneurship environment,innovation and entrepreneurship policy,government support theory,and government function theory are the main concepts and theories applied by the government to the research on innovation and entrepreneurship support policy.The analysis of these concepts and theories has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the study of the article.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship support policies for college students in Nanjing.In supporting the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,Nanjing City issued a series of policies,providing strong support from the three aspects of funding,innovation and entrepreneurship environment,and innovation and entrepreneurship education.The funding support policy mainly supports innovation,entrepreneurship subsidies,loans,and tax incentives;the innovation and entrepreneurship environment lays a good foundation for college students ’innovation and entrepreneurship from the aspects of platform construction,innovation and entrepreneurship training status,and innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere;and innovation and entrepreneurship education Support was provided through four aspects: school-enterprise partnership,innovation and entrepreneurship mentor system,innovation and entrepreneurship courses,and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.The policy support given by the Nanjing Municipal Government is comprehensive and provides a good environment,capital,taxation,and guidance for university students ’innovation and entrepreneurship,which is conducive to promoting the success of university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.Then it analyzes the problems in the support policy for innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Nanjing.At present,Nanjing city’s innovation and entrepreneurship support policies for college students mainly have problems such as inadequate financial support to the government,incomplete innovation and entrepreneurship education policies,and imperfect support for innovation and entrepreneurship policies.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for improving the status of Nanjing University ’s support policy for college students ’innovation and entrepreneurship,and proposes specific policies from three aspects of perfecting financial support,improving innovation and entrepreneurship education,and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship environment,in order to provide college students with a good innovation and entrepreneurship environment.1.Support for innovation and entrepreneurship,prompting more and more college students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship,and improving the success rate of innovation and entrepreneurship.
